 Adult - $165.00 each
Youth (ages 16 & under) - $85.00 each

Starting Aug 1, 2011 & At The Door
Adult - $175.00 each
Youth (ages 16 & under) - $95.00 each

Be sure to include any additional tickets needed for the 3 public evening shows!
(one ticket for each show is inluded with each registration) 

To Register for The Midwest Magic Jubilee:

There are two ways of sending your information to us.
1. Fill out the form below for each registrant, then press the submit button (this will e-mail it to us).
2. You may also fill out one form for each registrant, print it out, and mail it in to the address below.

You are NOT registered until your payment has been received.

Payment Options

Credit Card - If you wish to pay via Credit Card, you will receive information after you hit submit as to how to pay by credit card. .

PayPal - If you are a PayPal member you may submit your payment through PayPal using the link we have provided . Once you have submitted all of your information, the link will appear on the Confirmation page.

Check or Money Order - Please make checks or Money Orders payable to The Midwest Magic Jubilee. Amount due is determined by the date it is received as indicated above.
