The Midwest Magic Jubilee has always prided itself on the quality of the talent that has been involved in our close-up and stage contests. Over the years we have awarded prizes to many talented magicians, such as Lance Burton, and now you could be one of them! We encourage all levels of competition from the well-rehearsed beginner to the working professional. Therefore your scoring sheets will serve to make you a better performer.
Most of all, we want you to have fun participating in the Midwest Magic Jubilee contests. It takes a great deal of courage to compete at a magic convention, and each of you is to be commended on courage and enthusiasm. We wish you well in the competition. All members of the audience are cheering for you to do a good job and we know you will. In the tradition and spirit of the theatre and performing arts everywhere… Break a Leg!
